Joelle Smith, Studio Assistant

Joelle is a mama to two boys, and has a big heartbeat for small business! She is my curb-find twin, and loves to thrift with the best of em. She helps me keep things running smoothly at the shop with inventory management, shipments, and scheduling, among many other things. Joelle is up for anything, and is so fun to both rant and laugh with. Jo and I love to solve the world's problems in the back room.

Charlotte Turtle, Graphic Designer

Charlotte holds it all down. Like really. She is a homeschool mom to two presh boys and a baby girl on the way! She is one of the most perceptive, compassionate, and genuine people I know. On the team, she is the most likely to anticipate and intercept problems, and is always generously giving brain space to how to best creatively convey what we are about, and where we are headed.

Julia Harkins, Lead Seamstress

Julia (mom of 3!) is the most understated talented person I know. She gives a low-key vibe, but she has the creativity of a unicorn. She is the reason we have a thousand gorgeous textiles at the shop, made from my fabrics and vintage ones! Julia always has a thoughtful, wise word of input, and listening is one of her very best skills. She's a steady one.

Aislinn Bowles, Visual Merchandising / Seamstress

Az and I have raised our babies together! She is the queen of the Green Thumb--single handedly keeping all of the shop plants alive. She is a nurturer and tend-er to people and things. She is behind all of our seasonal installations, from concept to reality. She is my best merchandiser, and has an eye like no other for how product should be laid out. AZ is a multi-dimentional creative, proficient in a million creative lanes. With all that talent, she is still happy to sit back and take on any support role she is needed in.
